    Arrived on a very last-minute booking due to a problem with another hotel, they were ready to welcome us and the room was ready. Great hotel and team, good location, and large rooms. We were affected by Hurricane Beryl and we were moved to another hotel inland for 2 days and returned with no problems and thankfully all ok in the hotel. As with most hotels in Tulum, there were occasional overnight power issues, and they have no parking though can pay across the road at a public car park which isn't cheap. So bear that in mind if hiring a car. Great stay though, and a bit of an adventure with the Hurricane!
