Hôtel très haut de gamme. Chambres impeccables . Un grand merci à Alejandro , concierge de l’hôtel pour l’aide aux déplacements à l’arrivée et départ et pour les recommandations de restaurants.
Il n’y avait rien a reprocher. Un peu vide malheureusement suite aux événements liés aux événements dans le Jalisco deux mois auparavant. Ce qui était dommage c’était les algues sur toute la côte . Mais l’hôtel n’y pouvait rien .

Great service, very nice facilities, closer to Mayan ruins, free shuttle service to some destinations.
They should include the entrance to the Jaguar park or at least a basic breakfast.
They charge me a lot of extra fees that weren’t advertised in the reservation. Until I reserved, they sent me an email notifying me about these fees.
