Cleanliness
Matress, could feel springs. Several pillows but all really high and not comfortable. Shower temp was warm not hot.

The staff were friendly. The building smelled nice, and so did the rooms ,everything was clean. The location was very good. Clean
I had a problem because of the storm and it rained inside the room. The issue was resolved by changing my room. On one of the days, the hot water didn’t work; I didn’t report it because it was already late, so I showered with cold water. I want to mention again that the check-in process is easy, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly. Another issue, I could say, is the insulation , it is not very good, and the heating could only be done through the AC, which is not very pleasant.

The bed was comfy!
The room was next to the reception, and the walls were very thin. When we went to bed, we could hear guests arriving.
