Dinner was great and a little on the expensive side but, given the quality, this was a non-issue. The accommodation itself was small but we expected this. We were here as our final night before heading home the next day via Inverness Airport so the proximity to the Urquart Castle and the Loch Ness were excellent for us.
Rooms were tight but again, we expected this, just made it a little hard to pack everything in preparation for our flight the next day but, this is just me being picky. Overall the stay was excellent and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful property, clean and cosy!
Tiny thing, just could have done with some more hooks to hang up damp coats and clothes, we had to use the bathroom hooks, but then nowhere to put towels.

The location was perfect for seeing Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness. The eggs benedict served at breakfast was my favorite breakfast of this trip, and the staff working breakfast service were amazing!
The court yard has motion lights and people were out there at all hour of the night. This caused the lights to turn on and make it appear that the sun was up with the amount of light coming around the blind in my room. Also if you are looking for a quiet room, this is not the place to stay. I was on the first floor and when guests went up or down the stairs it was extremely loud, additionally I could hear the guests talking in the room above me. When you combine the light situation with the guests talking I got about 3 hours of sleep and was startled awake multiple times thinking I over slept. Lastly, if you arrive to check-in at dinner time know that the parking lot is small and there is very limited street parking.
