Central Hotel
Location, right in the centre of Stony Stratford. Free car park at the back of the hotel so very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Room decent size, clean with usual tea/coffee. Breakfast included and good choice (continental/cereal and then cooked).

Overnight in Stoney
Having stayed at The Cock before I knew what to expect. The staff are great, as is the location. The hotel has "character", both in the positive and negative sense.
The bedrooms could do with a makeover; not to make them modern but to give a feeling that they are not falling apart. The carpark is chaotic, with no clear indication of where to park for the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel, but good to know, is that the church bell ring through the night (every 15 mins) so bring some earplugs even if you are a light sleeper.
