I liked the location of the room as it wasn't too far from the local metro stop and also very close to the Colosseum. I think the hosts are very nice staff. They were very accommodating and helped us figure out our questions on top of their 24-hour availability. The room was cleaned each time we came back from the day. Lots of nice food options nearby as well. I could trust overall the place was clean
Only have one soap/shampoo mix option. Elevator is small and finicky. Towels smell slightly unpleasant - like a very strong vinegar sterile smell.
