Very friendly and organised stuff, they are locals and they know about the city, you can ask them for places to go and they are always happy to help with good suggestions. The toilets are super clean and hygienic, unlike the room itself which had alot of dust and strains on furniture and it had funny smells, specially coming out of the closet. The hotel is very informative regarding everything that anyone would need to know. They have nice balconies with good views. There is a bus station right infront of the hotel and the hotel itself is located right in the city centre with all the shops around it. Also they have good coffee.
I was expecting better breakfast, even eggs where not served, the breakfast is missing important protiens, vitamins and minerals, instead it was saturated with carb and sugar from packaged products, nothing really fresh, it was not healthy nor tasty. The TV was not working. The Fridge was not working and stinky. There wasn't a single hanger in the room to hang any piece of cloth and I couldn’t use the closet because it smelled wierd as it was not cleaned, with the rest of furniture that has dust and stains on, the room itself was not very clean. Also the toielt is placed in a weird way next to column that make it impossible to sit on the toielt seat straight, it is not comfortable at all. The elevator is ancient it should be in museum, it takes longer than the bus trip to use it.

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, could speak English with me. There is an elevator. The area is quite nice, major sight are in walking distance, there is a good choice of food places and coffee shops.
It was loud in the night time. I am picky about cleanliness and this hotel didn't meet my expectations. There were some weird-looking spots on the wall on top of my bed, there was a hair in the shower. All the rest seemed OK.
