June Stay Lake Garda

It was a very big apartment. Very clean. Good amenities. Needed a car to get in and out Malcesine otherwise it’s a 1 hour walk.

Have to be a bit of an IT whizz kid to get the TV to work but once set up, it was ok.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Our apartment was extremely clean and modern. We felt very safe staying here as 2 young friends travelling. The views of the lake and mountains from our apartment were exceptional!

Apartments are very nice and new looking and had the basic equipments available. Beds in the bedroom were super comfy and the sofa bed was decent too. Pool was clean but not many sunbeds there for the number of guests possible.

Staff was not super friendly and very strict in terms of policy with no flexibility. There was a very small gym with room for maximum 2-3 people at the same time.

1. A deluxe room with a lake view and TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS was booked. We were traveling in honor of our daughter's birthday. In fact, they settled in a one-bedroom room with a tiny closet, where there was a narrow bed and there was no air conditioning. The request to provide a room according to the paid reservation was refused and the difference in cost was not refunded. 2. The photos posted on the site are very different from reality. The hotel is located right on the highway, where there is a constant flow of cars. Even at night. Photo attached. You will not hear the silence and the noise of the waves of the lake. 3. Sun loungers by the lake are actually located on the sidewalk that runs along the highway and they cost 25 euros per day!. The hotel does not have its own beach. 4. There is no control and security of the hotel. We watched the picture as a man came from a nearby campsite, washed himself with shampoo in the shower, which was by the pool and went clean back. At 20.00, the reception desk closes and in case of an emergency or some problems, it is unclear where to call and who to call. The neighbors' electricity went out and they themselves with a flashlight were looking for a shield to connect it. 5. Electricity and Wi-Fi are often turned off, apparently during the construction of the hotel they saved on capacity. 6. Minimum space to place the funds in the bathroom. At least put creams and shampoos on the floor. Photo attached. 7.A very strange concept of apartment lighting. Twilight in the evening. When you cook in the kitchen- actually in the dark 8.A strange set of kitchen accessories - as we wrote above, there is not even a normal corkscrew. It seems that they tried to save as much as possible on everything

June Stay Lake Garda has definitely exceeded my expectations. It is an absolutely beautiful location with direct views on the lake. The hotel is newly refurbished and very clean, which is one of the most important factors for me when choosing my property. I loved how they also have sun loungers and day beds set up directly in front of the lake from where you can observe the breathtaking views. I was also very fortunate to be part of a sailing trip that day, which you can directly book with the friendly staff at reception. We had a 1.5 hour cruise with champagne watching the sunset. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, I think this is a perfect location to unwind and I will definitely return to stay here again!

The hotel was pretty busy, but I was obviously staying during high season.

I always wanted to visit Lake Garda, and this hotel had everything I was looking for to have a great stay! I arrived in the morning and was surprised at how quickly I accessed their big fresh car park. They gave me a super nice room, and the weather was so lovely that I went for a bike ride immediately. I wanted a quiet place by the lake where I could cycle and use the gym, and this hotel had it all. The food in the restaurant was great – you have to try the pizzas! The service was super friendly and attentive. Next time, I'm coming with my family and friends to enjoy this beautiful place together. I can't wait!

Newly renovated, spacious, quiet private apartment, separated from Lake Garda only by the main road. High quality double bed, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. In the common area there is underground parking, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Time slots for a small gym (2 treadmills) and infrared sauna can be booked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The blind in the bathroom (facing several neighbors) is see-through and should definitely be replaced! With the room rates, the additional fees (e.g. bar, rental bikes and sun loungers) are quite high and should not apply to the loungers on the lake.

the apartment was big and the beds were comfortable, the view from the pool is really pretty and everything in the hotel looks new.

- our apartment was not clean (we had hair and stuff on the floor) - the staff at the restaurant and breakfast is soooo unfriendly - prices at the restaurant are really crazy even though the food is not worth it (example: a salad costs 18€) - the breakfast costs 18€ per person but it is so bad, it‘s such a small choice and when something is out they just don‘t refill it even though the breakfast is until 10:00 - the pool is open from 10:00 - 19:00 but the guests go to the pool and put their towels before it opens and there‘s not enough sunbeds in front of the pool for everybody - we wanted to have some drinks at 16:00 in the restaurant at the terrace and when we sat down the waitress came after 5 minutes and asked us to switch places because we are not eating (nobody was eating at that time) and she wanted us to moje to a table in the sun (???) even though the whole restaurant was empty, there was just one occupied table besides us ? - it‘s just too much money for what you are getting - some guests paid for the sunbeds and some did not pay

Everything is perfect in here, from Excellent staff to Tasty food in the restaurant, the property itself is amazing, Sonia and Dara went out of their way to help in anything i need , from laundry service to Veterinary apoitment i needed for my dogs before we were travelling home. Cleaning ladies doing an amazing job aswell, the property is spotless. Originally we booked only for 3 nights, fortunately we had a chance to extend our stay for futher 6 days, thats how much we enjoyed staying here. Definitely will be back, Thanks again

Apartment was amazing. Everything is brand new and luxuriously equipped. We had a terrace with lake view and it was perfect for evening gathering with friends. There are not many similar newly furnished apartments in the area.

Sun loungers by the pool are not included in the price of the hotel and you have to pay 20 euros per day! I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel. It's really absurd. You can swim but you are not allowed to sit or lie down by the pool without paying.

They have one of the best and spacious apartments. We booked a "lake view" apartment for 6 people and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean with a lot of kitchen setup (dishes, pans, glasses etc) to eat at home. There were 3 rooms with comfortable beds and enough blankets for everyone. We managed to check in without a problem, although one has to search his/her own apartment as there is no reception desk. We would stay here again in future.

The beds are very stiff. With open windows - it's noisy at night. A strange and unpleasant smell in the room.

Spacious room with beautiful views, With all the basics to stay 4 nights. Parking. Dog friendly.

I recommend to go with your car if you want to visit the other towns around the lake.

right near the lake, the staff, even though not present at the site, was always available on the phone/WhatsApp and helped us change the room to a much nicer one.

the check-out in my opinion could be later. it was very cold at night and the air conditioner was not available

Everything was perfect! We came by car and there was a dedicated spot in the garage by roomnumber. We had amazing view from our apartment on the lake. The apartment itself was clean and spacious! Highly recommend it!

The facility was clean with a comfortable parking lot and a stunning view towards Garda lake. Kitchen was big and very comfortable with all you need from apart hotel. The actual hotel view is better then on the pictures :-), the pool is good and very clean. Also there is a nice grocery next to the hotel. The support was very friendly and answered in whatsup on all our questions very fast.

The AC was very old and a bit noisy cooling the rooms very poor, but end of August days were not that hot so we were fine. Also bed mattress was a bit hard for us.
