breakfast not included but we did pay on site for it one day as they had special offer. was good enough but wouldn't have wanted to pay any more. Free coffee & water in reception all day. Great location, felt very safe area. Great air con
The room was very small, however it did have excellent air conditioning which was badly needed in very hot weather. Perfect location for Hyde Park concerts and park was very close by

Everything perfect. Very clean, great location for Hyde Park and air con which was worth it's weight in gold with the hot weather. This will be our go to place to stay now when visiting the surrounding area, can't recommend it enough.

I was first in a room where there was no hanging space, nowhere to put my iPad, no room to move. But the lovely receptionist found a larger room at no extra cost
