Location is good. Room is small but clean. Cleaning services for room and bath is very good.
Check out we were told they won't hold our luggae beyond 6 pm. Which was strange as at time of check in we were told 9 pm. So had to remind the lady at the front desk and she said yes it is 9 pm . Which was v unprofessional. Plus front desk/lonby is not 24 hours which can be a big minus if someones flight or train gets in late. We didn't have that problem bit I'm sure it's a minus.

Good location, very clean and had some nice facilities in the room to look after ourselves

There was a small ceramic hob, utensils, plates, pot and frying pan; separate sink, toaster and kettle. TV with netflix, iron and ironing board, so the room felt well equipped.
The room is small - comfortable for one and very cozy for two!
Whilst being well stocked (so you feel you could self-cater to a certain extent), there were no tea towels or washing up liquid, which made cleaning up after yourself a bit of a challenge.
The fridge was dripping excess water inside.

"The hotel was in a great location with easy access to transport links. Close to Hyde Park and some lovely cafes and shops.
The beds were comfortable, and the air con was welcome in the hot weather."
