I booked this flat very last minute after being let down by someone else. The staff prepared the flat for us very quickly and everyone was very friendly. The safety deposit was only £50 which is a lot less than other properties in the area from what I've seen.

Most of the staff were good. It was a good sized apartment with good access to near by transport.

The street was very unsafe. Too much of noise in the nights especially. Neighbourhood was very patchy. We stayed for a month yet our apartment was only serviced once every week. The rate we paid was equivalent to a hotel. And still even basic servicing was not available regularly. No fans or air con, and since we had to leave the doors open for ventilation, the dust and noise was a lot. The facility was never locked and hence always felt unsafe. The basement door was always left open as was the front door. The roads leading to this property at night never felt safe. And post midnight there are a lot of folks smoking up and making noise leaving it absolutely impossible to sleep. And there’s no control over that. On the whole i felt for the money o paid i should have opted for something more central and a better property with basic amenities like security, service and ventilation!!!!
