    The staff unfortunately is what lets down this hotel. Disappointing stay overall. Check-in didn’t feel welcoming and the staff didn’t clearly explain where the facilities were or how to find my room. I requested a quiet room, but could still hear constant traffic because the windows didn’t seem adequately insulated. The room wasn’t cleaned despite me asking twice. When I raised this with Ayo at reception, the response felt argumentative and rude, and I was made to feel as though the lack of cleaning was my was disappointed with my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge. Check-in didn’t feel welcoming, and the staff didn’t clearly explain where the facilities were or how to find my room. I requested a quiet room, but could still hear traffic because the windows didn’t seem adequately insulated. The room wasn’t cleaned despite my asking twice.
