The staff were very friendly, especially Nissan who gave us a free upgrade with access to the executive lounge. Which included free drinks and snacks.
The bed was large and very comfortable. Air con was great and nice little touches like robe and slippers, coffee machine. Full bath and shower cubicle. Iron and full size ironing board. Two hairdryers. Spacious and very comfortable.
We didn’t use h to r pool or spa but it looked very nice. We didn’t book breakfast but the executive lounge had free hot and cold drinks plus fruit, muffins and croissants.

Executive lounge facilities, ample space on room, perfect location for dining out and exploring, close to major landmarks, excellent breakfast options, daily room refresh.

Good location, clean and a lovely hotel to look at.
No air con. Was told the lowest setting it could go was 19°C. Yet it was 21°C outside. Had the worst nights sleep because it was too hot in the room. It was so uncomfortable. My partner was running the marathon and needed good sleep. Won’t be staying again.
Alice on reception was so rude. She was unhelpful, didn’t listen to what we were saying and then rolled her eyes at us and at another customer.
