About this apartment rental
Shipyard Condominiums are located in the prestigious gated community of Truman Annex in Key West’s old town area. The condos are located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also ¼ mile from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. This home is outfitted with washer/dryer, pots/pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking, and pool access. This brightly decorated upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has 2 balconies. There are televisions in both bedrooms and living room. This condo is equipped with DVD and wireless internet. New upgrades and furnishings complete this beautiful home. The kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances, and the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled.

The vacation rental was spotless.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

There were some issues. No place to store food in the kitchen. TV service was intermittent. Remotes had not been programmed requiring two. Master bed was too high. Bad timing only part, week after Christmas is a zoo.
