BROADWAY SUITE - Newly refurbished stylish apartment with FREE PRIVATE PARKING - Great location

Everything was perfect! The host was amazing, friendly, and very thoughtful. They even provided laundry detergent, sugar, tea, coffee, and ice, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Everything good, apart from some minor points. Somehow it was quieter than my home in a country village! Would stay again if I need to be in Birmingham. I feel like the host tried to provide everything for a clean and comfortable stay. You do not see them but communication was clear and friendly. Cold water dispenser from fridge was a nice addition. Heaters were very quick to warm the place. Bedding and towels had a nice smell.

Ideally needs an electric socket on the other side of the bed. Towel heater didnt come on so could do with a spare set of towels somewhere. No products supplied in the shower, some may expect it. Although it was nice, it is very hard not to soak the floor in the open shower and there is also a small leak at the side. Kitchen light is faulty. Tap water runs very hot, could do with warning signs. Toaster could do with emptying of crumbs. Not sure if top lock on front door is supposed to work. Bed headboard has spiked gems on it so not very practical. All not major issues.

Host really helpful, apartment was lovely, everything went smoothly and free parking was a bonus.

It was all good in fact tried to rebook the following week but apartments were full.

the combination code to retrieve the key to get into the apartment was incorrect so we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the correct code to given to us, which wasn’t nice waiting in the rain, the pull out bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’d ever slept on, the Wi-Fi and internet connection was none existent, the toilet leaked, the shower screen wasn’t large enough for the bath so when you had a shower it leaked al over the floor.
