I wouldn’t stay here agan

Location

The lack of cleanliness No towels, bedding/linen/ pillows for the sofa bed. No loo roll provided. When I got in touch with the host they dropped of a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the sofa bed. No pillows. Left over chicken in the freezer from previous guests When I addressed the issue the following day the host wasn’t too bothered. They said the sofa cushions are used as pillows. Those sofa cushions are never washed! Also there was a blanket for the sofa bed. But that wasn’t washed either My friend had to sleep in other people’s dirt on the sofa bed It’s not acceptable. I’ve asked for some refund and they have refused

Left as dirty and missing sheets and a strong cannabis smell

Location

We arrived to find the property smelt strongly of cannabis, had dirty sheets on the bed with some bedding missing on the main bed and no bedding or towels for the sofa bed despite booking for 4. The rest of the property was not clean and there were some other strange things like a half eaten bowl of beans and some bread in the fridge. There was no way to open a window for fresh air and no clean bedding in the property so we immediately contacted the owner saying we could not stay the state it was in especially with young children. They apologised as they were away on holiday and offered a full refund but nearly 2 weeks later we’re still chasing both the owner and booking.com but are yet to get a refund.

Lovely stay - we will be back

Neat and clean with fridge/oven/microwave/dishwasher. Great communication with the host. Great location. Allowed to checkin early since we arrived earlier than expected.

No tea or coffee cups/mugs for my morning drink. One less chair for 4 guests to eat. Keys had to picked up at a different location but not too far from the apartment

Location was perfect, access to the property was explained by the owner who very easy to work with and had a good response time to any messages. Deposit was also returned within 24 hours of check-out.

Great location, well-equipped apartment, and excellent management—highly recommended.

The location was excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities, which made the stay very easy and enjoyable. The management team was great as well: responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

I really liked how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. The space was welcoming and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was also very convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, it was a great place to stay and exceeded expectations.
