We really enjoyed our stay!
1. There’s a lot of space throughout the property.
2. An amazing number of amenities - plenty of sofas, many tables, and different zones where you can adapt depending on the weather. You can enjoy quiet spots to be alone or larger areas perfect for spending time with a group.
3. The host was very responsive, always providing quick and helpful solutions, not just answers.
4. The place was very clean, and it’s clear that the host puts effort into keeping the property spotless.

Nach einem kurzen und steilen Anstieg erreichten wir unsere Traumvilla mit einem super Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit Kuchen, Obst, Eiern und einer Flasche Wein. Wir hatten jederzeit einen netten Kontakt über WhatsApp mit den Gastgebern, aber es fehlte wirklich nichts. Es gab eine top ausgestattete Küche, drei WCs, zwei Duschen, eine Waschmaschine, Grill und Backofen, den Pool und wirklich sehr viel Platz für uns zehn Personen. Die Lage ist ruhig, außer Schafen und das Meer nachts nichts zu hören und genau das macht ein Urlaub in Kreta aus. Mitte der Woche gab es noch eine Grundreinigung und neue Badetücher, also wirklich alles perfekt. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen...

The property and location are stunning, it felt like a fairytale in the hills of Crete.
The villa a beautiful full size house on a large property located 5 minutes from town. It’s up a hill in an olive orchard overlooking the cute little beach town of Georgioupoli. The main attraction of the villa is the large heated pool, with spectacular views of hills and the sea. My kids could have played in the pool for the entire time at this location. The tile work around the pool makes it feel like a boutique resort.
The house was lovely and had all the amenities necessary to eat meals in if necessary. The hosts even provided fresh eggs and cake from their farm for free. There were 5 bedrooms in the villa and We loved running into town and having meals and drinks at the beach. It is a renovated older farm. It feels warm and cozy.
The Greek people are so friendly and welcoming. The hosts are a lovely family who own a farm in the area. The older kids take turns helping out the management. They are attentive and helpful, offering advice for restaurants and day trips.
Overall this vacation rental is one of the best, my family of five has ever stayed in and I would highly recommend this location.
Only some minor things.
- the droning sound of locusts in the olive orchard, not really an issue but, to be aware.
- a steep hill to ascent up to the house may be difficult for some inexperienced drivers.
- the master bathroom is smaller. And beds are foam mattresses and box frames.

It was beautiful, reallly spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and tables outside were perfect!
