Maria's Apartments

The location was great. It was right on the beach. There was a garden right in front of the building, and then there was the beach. The walk from our room to the beach was two minutes. The host was wonderful. Thank you, Maria, for everything! There is also a big supermarket right across the street!!!

An amazing experience in a piece of paradise.Stunning views from the garden with the waves on the beach below.Maria and staff made us so welcome and part of the Cretan family .Pies .olive oil and Raki.made our holiday complete . We left with an ache in our hearts but will soon return.

A wonderful beachfront property with a beautiful, well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere between the rooms and the beach. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming,

We stayed in one of the backyard rooms. While it was spacious enough, it was extremely uncomfortable. The room was very humid and had a strong musty smell throughout our stay. There was only a tiny window, which provided almost no fresh air for a room of that size, making it feel poorly ventilated. The property appears quite old, and this room is in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom ventilation fan was also very noisy. At €135 per night, I expected a much better-maintained room. The price did not reflect the quality or comfort provided. It felt as though the owner was taking advantage of the area’s high tourist demand by charging premium rates for accommodation that falls well below that standard. I would not recommend staying in this room at the current price. In my opinion, it would only represent reasonable value if it were priced around €50 per night.
