Enjoyable

Maria was a very welcoming host and was always helpful and friendly. We were met with homemade biscuits, during the stay she gave us some more lovely home cooked treats. To have the garden to use and direct access to the beach was a real bonus. The apartments were spotless

Part of the property faced a fairly busy road, although the accommodation wasn't directly on the road we could hear it. The other beach side of the property was quieter. The description was accurate regarding distance and we were a little way out of town. This wasn't an issue for the evenings but although there was a bus stop outside the apartment they only went to Chania and weren't that frequent. More buses went from the highway which was a long walk

Maria's Apartments deserves 11 points, not just 10

If you are searching for a perfect holiday spot, you just found it. Your private garden with stairs to the sea. You can hide in the shade, swim in the sea, and not worry about someone stealing your mobile like on overcrowded beaches. Here, you're almost alone in the water – and we were here during the busiest season. You can even swim to a taverna of your choice, with plenty nearby. Maria is the most perfect host you can imagine: friendly, helpful, and professional.

What can you dislike about the place? As it was fully occupied and I couldn’t prolong my stay in Maria’s apartment, I moved to another villa just a 5-minute walk away. Maria kindly told me that my whole family was still welcome to spend time in the garden and on the beach. While on crowded beaches you pay for an umbrella and sunbed, here everything is at your disposal. The sea is warm and crystal clear. Efharisto.

the house is owned by the lovely Maria who welcomed us with freshly made lemonade. Maria is a very kind woman who speaks perfect English and was able to accommodate all our questions. she did not pressure us at all in leaving the room and we enjoyed every minute of the stay after checkout on the garden which is literally on the beach!! beds were very comfortable and the view amazing! air conditioning perfectly working

perfect for family. supermarket and restaurants nearby very convenient

Maria has been a great host. We arrived in the morning but she let us in directly so we could take a bit of rest after a night flight. She’s also very helpful with our requests and gave us a few recommendations on where to visit. The garden is great for kids to play around and the access to the beach is just perfect. Supermarket just opposite the road and a few nice restaurants within walking distance. will look forward to coming back

Amazing holidays

I loved everything, the rooms,the location, everything was perfect, Maria's lovely lady, anything we need she was there for us. The house I cant described, is a little gem nearby to the sea, we just have to cross the garden and there is this amazing view. Definitely we going came back. Thank you Maria❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great place to relax

The view and the garden that leads directly to the sandy beach is fantastic. You hear the sound of the waves all day. But more than five stars go to the host Maria , who lives there and is the warm hearted soul of the house. We got a welcome homemade olive oil and she even gave us home cooked delicious mezes one night. I forgot my banking card and she called immediately the next morning. We stayed in the first floor. Our room was small but had everything you need , well equipped kitchen and a good shower and comfortable bed. Good shadow on the terrace. Nice taverns just beside. Not a fully touristy corner which we like. We can fully recommend if you look for a good atmosphere!

View from the balcony was amazing (1st floor). The garden is very good option if you want to avoid too much sun. Building is in very quiet place and next to supermaket Synka, which is big enough and not too expensive.

Maria was very helpful, and the place is lovely, really. Wake up to coffee at a table on the lawn looking at the sea... Bbq stuff from the supermarket 2 minutes' walk from the place in the evening. Drive 5 m8nutes into Kalyves to walk around or go to a swimming beach. Lovely vacation spot.

There was air conditioning, but only in the bedroom, so we had to keep the door open so everyone could be cool

Quiet location, right on the beach. Maria is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I was even brought home made pastries hot from the oven on my last day! I would definitely return.

Heerlijk strandverblijf aan prachtig zandstrand, ook ideaal met hondje!

Prachtige locatie aan zee, mooie veranda om avond door te brengen, elke ochtend vanuit tuin zo duik in zee. Handige buitenlucht en ideale plek voor ons hondje . Goed matras, mooie badkamer. En heel goed wifi. Aardige gastvrouw, zij woont boven de appartementen.

Aankomst aan voorkant is wat onduidelijk en rommelig. Maar geen last van als je achter bij appartement bent.

Byliśmy u Pani Marii dwoma rodzinami dwa tygodnie, wszystko było w porządku, serwis room na życzenie, czyściutko, kuchnia wyposażona, na 5 osób spokojnie można posiłki gotować, lodówka, żelazko, suszarka, klimatyzacja, łazienka świeżo po remoncie, a ogród i plaża w zasięgu ręki to już mistrzostwo😁 leżaki na plażę do dyspozycji gości, prysznic zewnętrzny, praktycznie plaża prywatna, bardzo mało osób nawet w weekend, duże drzewo dające cień, blisko tawerny z lokalnym jedzeniem i supermarket przez ulicę 😁Pani Maria przemiła i pomocna przywitała Nas przepysznymi serniczkami a na koniec pobytu dostaliśmy pamiątkę, polecamy serdecznie te apartamenty. My na pewno tam wrócimy

Удобное расположение и сразу выход к морю! Через дорогу супермаркет. Для тех, кто любит сам готовить, есть все условия. Большая и удобная кровать, большая ванная комната. И вообще много места! Есть кровать для ребенка и ещё диван. Рядом хороший ресторан прямо у моря. Парковочные места есть. Хороший пляж. И очень приятная хозяйка!

Pakiet na przywitanie ciasteczka i raki. W czasie pobytu pani Maria rozpuszczała nas różnymi regionalnymi smakołykami. Miejsce idealnie zlokalizowane. blisko morza i piaszczystej plaży (wychodzi się z grodu, plaża im dalej w lewo tym przyjemniejsza, dochodzi się do urokliwej rzeczki), blisko do sklepu, blisko tawern , restauracji, stacji benzynowej ,idealna baza wypadowa do zachodnich atrakcji Krety, cisza , spokój. Wrócę tam nie raz. Pani Maria i jej uśmiech, jej rodzina sprawiłą ,że czuliśmy się jak u siebie.

Es gibt 4 Apartments, alle mit „Gartenblick“, Nummer 3 und 4 schauen tatsächlich auf den schönen Garten und das Meer, 1 und 2 auf den wenig attraktiven Innenhof (wir haben eine akzeptable Regelung gefunden)

Grossartig 🤩

Maria ist eine liebevolle Gastgeberin! Das Studio ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt eingerichtet! Es ist geräumig und gemütlich. Die Lage ist einfach Traumhaft, vor dem Haus ein riesiger grüner Garten, der im Sommer kühlend wirkt. Direkt das Treppchen runter gehts zum Meer. Rechterhand hat es eine sehr tolle Taverne. Auch der Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten Entfernt.

집 안에 벌레와 벌레 시체가 상당히 많았어요. 이불 시트에도 알수없는 찌꺼기가 붙어있었고 주방 기기들도 깨끗하지 않이 사용하고 싶지 않았어요. 주차를 집 앞에는 할 수 없고 근처에 해야합니다.

Bilo je fantasticno!

Bilo je fantasticno. Mjesto je preljepo, direktno na moru. Ima basta i nekoliko metara od kuce je direktno plaza. Marija je mnogo fina osoba, docekaj je bio super. Osjecali smo se ko kod kuce sa njom ii volimo se opet vratiti. Sve je bilo mnogo mngo dobro.
