All at reception was very nice, food in restaurant was as well very good and tasty, specialy fresh salads, feta cheese etc. food suitable for children as well.
In the hotel were 2indoor pools, the upper one eas nice and clean, but the one closer to main reception didnt smell nice. As well I was not ok, with the cleaning of the room - bathroom.

Everything was nice, it was the last week of the season so it was nice and quiet, but still all the food and entertainment was there. Water in the outdoor pools was a bit too cold but the inner pool is great. Really helpful and friendly staff in all departments!

I stayed at this resort with my family for my birthday and really needed a little getaway. I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade it made the stay feel extra special.
The staff are amazing; they go above and beyond. Nothing is ever a burden.
A lady at reception (I didn’t catch her name) patiently showed us two other rooms to choose from, as the first one we were put in felt a bit dated and could have been cleaner. We ended up in the 1st room because it had the best view.
Jelena at reception checked on us every night with little treats and handwritten notes, which made us feel so cared for. My kids absolutely loved the sweets at reception; such a thoughtful touch!
George and his kitchen team were always friendly and welcoming, making every meal a pleasure.
The indoor pool was warm and clean, and having the sea nearby was lovely, we enjoyed a swim every day.
Overall, this resort is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The care, thoughtful touches, and the upgrade made our birthday getaway truly unforgettable.
Some areas of the resort feel dated and could benefit from repairs or a deep clean. The food was occasionally served cold, though there’s a microwave nearby to reheat. The rooms aren’t very soundproof, and we could hear coughing from the next room.

The room which we were staying in was very clean, spacious and the garden/ private pool area was great to relax in.
We spend in Crete 7 nights each day in different place and this was unfortunately the most expensive and with the lowest standard place.
The indoor pool was terrible. The water wasn’t clean at all and it felt slimy and horrible. In the bar fizzy drinks aren’t fizzy at all. The food was okay but for the price you pay you would expect a bit better variety. In the room we could hear baby crying from next door like it was in our room. In general very noisy place we could not rest up! We messaged about the possibility of checking in slightly earlier but never received response and ended up checking in late as the checking in process was very slow and we were waiting long time for staff to show us way to our room.
