The food was really mediocre. Not what I would have expected from a 5 star rating.

Great value for money option, clean and comfortable. Very polite staff especially George, the Ops manager. Always willing to help and provide good service.
Snacking options between meals should be improved
Food overall should be improved with more live cooking option, currently is a bit mass and standardized

Big, Clean Rooms. Great for a family of 4. Staff were friendly to guests, however I saw/ heard management being rude to some staff members.
Food was not good - below expectation of a 5 star hotel
