I have to say the staff was beyond exceptional Fotini especially. We were there for 7 days and had a 3-year-old and 1-year-old. Now, during that period the resort was full to capacity and yet we felt like we were being treated as the only guests. When we checked out there were real tears from both sides having to leave!! The three separate chefs apparently have an ongoing competition, so each meal in all three different buffets had a delicate twist to try and outdo the other chef. Being a amateur chef myself I would say they did an exceptional job day after day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amenities and available snacks and drinks throughout the day were more than sufficient even without the upgrade but if you have a drink preference, the €20 a day upgrade is a real bargain.
The only thing I found odd was we had a two-story two-bedroom two bath unit and when the staff came in everyday even though they did an immaculate job cleaning they would not restock the towels in the upstairs bathroom
