I really enjoyed the variety of choice for breakfast. Next to that, the room is very spacious, modern and clean.
When welcoming the guests I felt like a lack of information about the room and the environment. Providing this information would be a big plus.

When we booked they informed us that the hotel was not open for the season yet, so they offered a room to a different hotel of the group (Delfina Tropic), really close to our original booking. We agreed, since there were no added fees. To be honest it was an upgrade! So the comments are for the hotel we stayed.
Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. When we asked for information and suggestions they were very happy to help. The room was amazing and the food even better. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast food was a little on the cold side.
