This is by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had

I like nothing about the property

This is by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The listing on Booking.com is misleading — this is not truly a hotel but rather a restaurant with a few rooms for rent. The so-called manager/owner is extremely arrogant, lacks basic customer service, and shows no concern for guests. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at the property around 9:11 PM. I had been calling repeatedly, but the manager ignored all my calls. Out of desperation, I involved the police, and only then did he answer, saying he was already home and would not check me in. Had he simply picked up my call earlier, I would have at least understood the situation without being left stranded late at night and forced to seek police assistance. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guests is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this property entirely — it is neither a proper hotel nor a place where you will be treated with respect.

Perfect Swiss Break

Within easy reach of the sports tournament we were attending in Reiden. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff were more than friendly and did all they could to make our stay special.

The beds made a lot of noise, every movement you could hear, This lowered the feeling of comfort considerably. Prices in Switzerland are generally high when you come from one of the Euro countries; this hotel was no exception and felt like expensive to us (despite being one of the cheaper options in the area north-west of Luzern).

Ik heb nog nooit in een kippenhok geslapen.nu wel dus.kamer zeer klein wc kon je je kont niet keren laat staan de douche.veel te klein wc was een sanny breueur dus s nacht naar toilet en iedereen wakker.. waardeloos voor 140 euro

Ein insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal, gutem Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen – die Einrichtung wirkt stellenweise veraltet und könnte ein kleines Update vertragen. Umso positiver ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend und bietet alles für einen guten Start in den Tag. Besonders praktisch ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel – ein echter Pluspunkt.

Es wäre schön, wenn man beim Frühstück vorab gefragt würde, was man möchte – aktuell wird einfach alles serviert, auch Fleisch, was nicht bei allen Gästen auf Zustimmung stösst.

Hotel a gestione familiare; molto gentile e disponibile la signora che gestisce il tutto. Ottimo parcheggio e ottimo ristorante. Camera confortevole, un po' spartana, ma con tutto il necessario. Calma e tranquillità. Ottimo per la mia tappa di lavoro.

prima voor een nachtje

We verbleven er 1 nacht omdat we op doorreis waren. De kamers zijn ouderwets en badkamer erg klein maar prima voor een nachtje. Het eten (zowel diner als ontbijt) was goed verzorgd en er was vriendelijk personeel. De wifi was helaas ronduit slecht te noemen. Jammer voor onze tienerdochter ;-) Overdag veel lawaai van het verkeer maar 's nachts lekker rustig.

Das Hotel hat ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise war das der ausschlaggebende Punkt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Das Zimmen war wie erwartet klein und nicht für längere Aufenthalte eingerichtet. Wie gesagt, das Zimmer erfüllte den Zweck Übernachtung auf der Durchreise.

Prima voor 1 nachtje als tussenstop

Simpel hotel met vriendelijke eigenaar. Kamers waren niet bijzonder maar schoon, internet was slecht. Ontbijt was prima, tafel was gedekt en er was meer dan genoeg.

Prijs kwaliteit viel iets tegen, Zwitserland is erg duur. Het lijkt een oud schoolgebouw wat wel grappig was. Kamers klein en niet bijzonder maar wel schoon. Bedden waren goed.
