Liked the location , the space and the parking and the general layout. Things worked well.

Location is good and has a nice view of ipoh area. Walking distance to a lot of popular eatery.
TV isn't working and in ipoh, there isn't much to do at night. This makes the stay boring. Basic shampoo weren't provided in all the rooms. The cups, utensils, pots and pans are not clean, oily and has a foul smell. Had to buy cleaning sponge to clean everything before using. Kitchen sink tap was leaking nonestop.
