Great location and close to town and station

Very comfortable with a nice view. Good access to station and old town.

Toilet is in kitchen area so if someone is using the sofa bed you have to access it via their room.

Great one night stay in Kufstein

Very modern and colourful interior in a historical villa. The castle and old town are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean, modern, large en-suite room

The property is modern, well kept and has everything you might want with a few basic and easily solved shortcomings.

The check in. The lady at the reception only asked us about the breakfast and nothing else which meant trouble at the billing stage and check out. The advertisement states an apartment but there is only a communal kitchen with no hob, toaster or a kettle.

Für diesen Preis hatten wir definitiv mehr erwartet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Altstadt und viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Unsere Betten waren superbequem.

Die Küchenausstattung ist extrem spartanisch. Ein Weinglas, keine weiteren Gläser bei Ankunft vorhanden. Keine tiefen Teller, keine Esslöffel, kein Kochtopf vorhanden. Das Getränkefach im Kühlschrank abgebrochen, lag einfach in einer Schublade im Küchenschrank. Der Verschluss für das Spülbecken in der Küche nicht vorhanden, man kann nur unter fließendem Wasser spülen, Kein Spülmittel und auch kein Spülläppchen vorhanden. Die Wohnung an sich sehr schön möbliert und dekoriert. Das liebevolle Händchen für Details fehlt leider.

Lage ist gut, Parkplätze vorhanden. Super schönes geräumiges Bad!

Ein Appartement sollte zumindest einen Esstisch haben. Lediglich ein niedriger Couchtisch ist vorhanden. Die Küche war äußerst dürftig ausgestattet. Kein vernünftiges Messer, keine Salatschüssel, keine Mikrowelle, keine Kaffeemaschine, absolut minimalistisch! Das Gefrierfach hatte undefinierbare Verschmutzungen, im Kühlschrank gibt es keine Fächer und selbst das Fach für Flaschen war entfernt. Für die Ausstattung viel zu teuer! Zudem bekam ich zuerst ein normales Zimmer zugewiesen obwohl ich ein Appartement gebucht hatte.

Guter Zwischenstopp in Kufstein, jedoch einige defekte Lampen und Geräte , das müsste besser sein!

War alles gut, vor allem die Badewanne im Zimmer.

Eine Nachttischlampe defekt, Lampe bei der Badewanne defekt, Lampe im Flur Glas defekt, Kühlschrank auch defekt, auf unsere Nachfrage konnten wir Nahrungsmittel im Hotel kühlen. Zimmer für Sohn sehr klein und unbequeme Matratze.

Sauberkeit, Lage, Einrichtung, Betten waren top. Wirklich sehr schön und man fühlte sich sehr wohl dort.

Es war etwas heiss in der Wohnung-aber man konnte gut lüften und in der Nacht kühlt w mittlerweile sehr gut ab.

Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für eine Nacht und auch für länger. Die Lage war super und befand sich in der Nähe einiger Restaurants und der Ortsmitte. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Villa ist sehr ansprechend.

Leider hatte einer der vorherigenGäste im 2. Schlafzimmer und im WC geraucht, so dass man in diesem Zimmer nicht schlafen konnte. Unsere Töchter haben dann auf der Couch bei uns im Schlafzimmer übernachtet. Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter explizit darauf hinweisen. Es sei denn, wir haben übersehen, dass es erlaubt ist. Das hat uns nämlich sehr gestört.

Nagyon közel van a szállás a kufsteini várhoz és a belvároshoz, minden látnivaló könnyen megközelíthető innen, ugyanakkor csendes környék.

A recepcióstól külön kérni kellett a vendégkártyát, amelyik ingyenes belépést biztosít a várba, magától nem hívta fel erre a figyelmet.

Fin for en enkelt overnatning eller to. Men ikke så god til længere ophold som vores på 5 dage.

Dejlige højloftede rum. Lyse og venlige. Fin beliggenhed som udgangspunkt til både by og bjerge. Meget rent og velholdt.

Dog havde vi kun et lille spisebord at sidde ved. Vi manglede en lille sofa eller et par lænestole. Der var en del trafikstøj og lejligheden var meget varm.

Tolles Wochenende in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft

Super Lage im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schön ausgestattet und komfortabel, die Sauna im Keller ist absolut klasse.

Schade, dass beim angebotenen Frühstück im Hotel goldener Löwe sehr viele Einzelverpackungen verwendet werden. Im Hinblick auf Nachhaltigkeit sollte so etwas heutzutage eigentlich nicht mehr sein.

Geheimtipp Kufstein

Betten perfekt, Zimmer wurde aufgeräumt, obwohl wir nur zwei Übernachtungen hatten.

Kühlschrank nicht funktionstüchtig, keine Jalousien bei den Fenstern, Sauna Temperaturen obwohl die Sauna im Erdgeschoss ist. Auffrisierte Autos fahren abends zum Motorikpark hoch und wieder zurück.

Ein tolles Appartement, alles top!!! Sauber, modern eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen!!! Wir waren zu dritt + Hund. Im dazugehörigen Hotel waren wir Frühstück zum Aufpreis von € 10,--. Alles ausreichend zur Verfügung. Sehr günstig finden wir!!! Abendessen waren wir auch. Sehr, sehr gut!!! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich!!!! Dankeschön!!!

Die Lage und die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus an sich ist auch sehr schön.

Es gab keine Kochmöglichkeiten und der Garten war heruntergekommen. Die Zimmerbeschreibung war irreführend. Der Kühlschrank war kaputt und das Zimmer war eiskalt und nicht gründlich geputzt bei der Ankunft.
