KITCHEN fully equipped (integrated into the living room): large neolith bar and high stools, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, Italian coffee makers and dolce gusto, blender, all types of household items and cleaning supplies. BATHROOM: Exterior with large window. It has towels, first aid kit, hair dryer. Very broad and complete (shower with screen). PRIVATE PARKING SPACE and STORAGE ROOM (optional). Parking is not allowed (bicycles, motorcycles, cars or any type of vehicle) except in the permitted sites. If the tenant has a vehicle that needs parking, he should contact the owner.
