Le calme, la proximité de la plage.
Les murs mitoyens non vraiment étanches, on entends les voisins parler, le sol de l'appartement à refaire. les matelas des lits peu confortables. si non le reste est bon.

La ubicación está muy bien. Cerca de la playa y con parada de autobús con acceso al centro de la ciudad. La zona es estupenda. El aire acondicionado va de lujo.
La cerradura de la puerta del piso está muy dura, es dificilísimo abrirla sin hacerse daño en el dedo . El frigorífico está encajado de forma extrema en la cocina y es también muy complicado abrirlo. El congelador no se puede abrir sin abrir antes el frigorífico por la forma que está colocado. La estantería del baño está oxidada, el espejo deteriorado y el marco de la puerta corroído por la humedad. Por el precio que tiene opino que podrian mejorar ciertas cosas para darle un aspecto más decente.
