About this apartment rental
The studio is located on the third floor of the building, with a large private terrace. Ideal for 2 people, although another two can sleep on a sofa bed. It is close to an area of bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy and bank. Suitable for those who come with a car, because there are free public parking spaces on the street, right in front. In summer they are usually free all day, in winter from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m., too. There is a bus stop just 50 m away. and the Baños del Carmen beach is 1 km away. The historic center of Malaga is about 3 km away, and the bus goes directly to the center.

Very friendly owner, clean, everything in good shape, owner speaks fluent english and is always available when needed. Nearby restaurants, shop, beach within walking distance
