Apartment of 65 m2 recently renovated located in a small luxury residence, quiet, including an entrance, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom / WC, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge / tv / dining room. Located 2 minutes from the bus stop line 1 (direction San Andres) to the railway station of Maria Zambrano then correspondence to the airport, 10 minutes (3km) from the A7 motorway exit "El Limonar ", but also on foot, 10 minutes from the historic center, 15 minutes from the beaches avoiding the center,
Very well served by public transport. (Lines C2,1,35,36, C1, city tour, taxis). Shops nearby but also restaurants, banks, pharmacy, doctor, laboratories, hospital.

Our host was always available for any snafus. The apartment was quiet and an easy walk to the city center and bus stops. The kitchen was well-equipped. We felt very much at-home there.

The location was perfect for easy walking access to local attractions, beach, restaurants and transportation links. A humble local apartment, we felt like part of the neighborhood enjoying the local bars, restaurants and plazas. The place was equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen floor could use a little maintenance, but it was not a distractor to a great stay.

The property is spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. It is an easy, pleasant walk into the old town through a nice, safe neighbourhood. There are lots of amenities close to the apartment but the street where the apartment is located is quiet with little traffic. We will definitely go back.

Bernard is a wonderful host, it was very easy to communicate with him and he gave us some great tips and advice. The apartment was very clean, cosy and close to old town with fabulous restaurants, caffès and souvenir stores. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a lovely stay. Patrycja
