Place was warm and comfortable.

Size of property

No wifi No washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs so would be useful to add for future stays!! Shower was poor. Needs updating. Unable to have a dog in crate so couldnt have family with me to stay. Perfect property for dogs so shame. Didnt have pool use as advertised and wasnt told untill promted. So very dissapointed as was only reason it was booked. Took a while to find as sat nav took us the wrong end of the school.

Lovely and quiet location and easy to find would stay again.

Shower water would not work properly and looked like it may have been a broken hose to the shower head. Windows could do with a clean please but other than that we really liked the place.

Good place for a mini vacation, clean and close to the port and beach. Higher recommended this location.

Nice and welcoming house. Pretty clean with big garden. Everything what we need ( kettle , microwave, fridge, plates , etc.) was provided.

The lights outside was not working and outside table was very heavy dirty.

Close enough to Wells to walk into town and better value than most. Presume it helps fund school too

You stay in the grounds of a school, which was fine as it was the weekend. Swimming pool is open to public and available at set times, though we went and swam at the beach. Place was fine for us, quite spacious and everything we needed in kitchen for cooking meals.

A map / directions to find it. Took us a while to realise it was right in the school.

Couldn't use the overhead shower because the temperature control didn't work and the temperature was stuck on too hot. The hose was leaking from the handheld shower attachment.

Incredible value in return for a few shortcomings. We had a great stay here.

This a large 3 bedroomed property within 10-15 mins walk of the harbour and town centre. Off street parking, access to an indoor swimming pool around 50m away. We paid around £60 a night which is ridiculous. I know that there are many pieces of feedback around cleanliness, but i would say that you have to accept that in return for a property that is much bigger and better than advertised and marketed at a price around 25% of what the local market is. All rooms are large and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. Its warm and secure, and perfect for a family.

Yes, it could be cleaner but you get what you pay for. The shower fitting is broken meaning that you're in danger of burning yourself to death unless you can shower in the first 60-90 seconds it takes to heat up. You can work around this using the bath shower attachment, but thats broken too so not the easiest to use. They have to fix this, its a problem. The heating was quite difficult to understand/change so we awoke on Friday night to a setting of 24 deg that someone had set it to. Maybe some better instructions would be useful. Also, the pool was only open for general swimming from 10.15 to 11.15 so you just have to plan around that.

Nice specious bungalow in lovely location

Fantastic location, amazing value for money. Nice specious bungalow with a good size garden. Kitchen very well equipped! Overall really happy with our stay and would recommend for a low budget family break 😄

It's clean on the surface but I felt like it needs a good, deep cleaning. With all good appliances (dish washer, washing machine, iron etc) I was surprised that we couldn't find a vacuum in the house.

Everything! The bungalow was immaculately clean and everything we needed was provided for our stay- tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, cleaning products, toilet roll, bed linen and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen appliances were all brand new and top of the range. The bed was really comfortable, we slept really well! We loved that the swimming pool and gym were a stone's throw away. The location was great- only a short walk into town. We already can't wait to come back again!

Everything was perfect. A couple of chairs in the garden would be great, however, the dining table chairs were adequate.

A great relaxing weekend break

Location was brilliant and it was great to be able to access to swimming pool at the school.

They asked for you to be very tidy and if there had been a hoover, I would have used this at the end of the visit. However, a small thing to be helpful to the hosts.

good value for money but in need of a few tweaks, new kettle!! and a good deep clean
