L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, vicino al centro, al mare, al tram (Alsace-Lorraine). È sicuro, ampio, pulito, dotato di molti servizi (piano cottura, forno, bollitore, lavatrice). L'host è estremamente gentile ed accogliente.
Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore, che in momenti di caldo estremo è insufficiente. Il balcone sarebbe molto carino ma deve essere sistemato. Nel complesso tuttavia buon rapporto qualità prezzo, tornerei volentieri.

The apartment was really lovely simple but had everything we needed. The host was super kind and polite, even let us stay a bit longer before checking out. He was really helpful when our flight got delayed and even gave us a quick tour when we arrived.
It had all the basics: good water pressure, a full kitchen, fridge, and a fan to keep cool. The balcony was beautiful with a great view, and the location was perfect – walking distance to the beach, train station, and main street in Nice. His English was great too.
10/10 – would definitely stay again!
