Modern, clean and very comfortable. Two very decent size double rooms with a lovely bathroom. Having AC was an absolute win as well Super easy to walk around Nice at leisure or if you need to get further down the coast the train and buses are no more than 5 minutes walk away from the door

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’emplacement est excellent, idéal pour découvrir Nice tout en profitant d’un quartier agréable. L’appartement est très spacieux, impeccablement équipé et la climatisation a été un véritable atout pendant notre séjour. La jolie terrasse est un gros coup de cœur : parfaite pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou relaxer en fin de journée.
À noter seulement que l’appartement est situé au 4ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être un peu sportif avec les valises, et que la literie est confortable, mais plutôt ordinaire.

Great place. Very clean, new, comfortable apartment. Very good contact with the owner. Everything is top-notch. About a 20-25-minute walk to the center. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. I recommend it.
