The room was massive, clean and the a/c unit worked very well!
The host was VERY responsive & helpful!
The location was convenient for walking to places or catching the tram/train.
The internet worked for all of 5 minutes during our entire stay so I had to go to places with wifi in order to work.
The unit is on the ground floor and the motorcycles & nightly garbage trucks were pretty loud at night (as was the neighbor upstairs). If you're used to city noises then you may not have issues but we're light sleepers.

Чистая ухоженная квартира с хорошим расположением, удобной кроватью, всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Хозяин говорит по-русски, всегда был на связи. Позволил оставить багаж в квартире раньше времени заселения.
Шум ночью от мусороуборочной машины, были перебои с wi-fi со стороны провайдера, а мобильный интернет плохо работал из-за толстых стен

地理位置便利，离火车站很近，20分钟可步行至马塞纳广场以及地标海岸线，房间特别的干净，摆设高级大方，房东人很好，沟通顺畅及时回复。
床正对着窗，窗帘不够宽，往中间拉两侧就遮挡不足，路边人来人往经过会看到里边侧角，除此之外非常的好，几乎无可挑剔

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent; we walked to all the main places in the city. The area where the apartment is located is quiet, and although the apartment is on the raised ground floor and faces the street, the street itself is calm because it is one-way and traffic is not very frequent. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay, and the furnishings are new and modern.
The only thing we did not like was the somewhat weaker water pressure in the faucets so you can not at the same time for example take a shower and do the dishes.
