Communication on how to access the property was extremely good. We arrived late and were a bit concerned when walking to the property from the train station as the street felt a little deserted and worrying at the time. In reality the street was perfectly fine and our initial worries were totally unfounded. There were two supermarkets close by – the intermarche being the one we used mostly. The property is a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the SNCF station (for short train trips to Monaco and other coastal towns), and other tourist attractions in Nice. It is pretty much as described on the website. The internet is strong and as the log in details were supplied prior to arrival we were able to input them into our phones beforehand so we had instant internet when we arrived. The aircon is effective and the smart TV allowed us to watch programmes that we wanted. There was a washing machine (which we didn’t need but would be very useful for longer stays). We had read reviews about issues with the shower and condensation. We had no problem and followed the instructions given. The accommodation was clean on arrival. It is very compact but had everything we needed.

The only downside was an intermittent very strong smell of drains. We were unable to locate where it was coming from and there seemed to be no connection between what we were doing – eg showers, flushing the toilet, washing up etc that allowed us to mitigate. It tended to last only about 5 mins.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in einer Nebenstraße gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig, ohne Lärm. Alles war sauber und die Einrichtungen entsprachen genau den Fotos. Es waren alle Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der stets schnellen und zuverlässigen E-Mail-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Unterkunft.

A szállás jól felszerelt, tiszta, a szállásadó előzetesen minden információt megadott.

Az alsó szinten az ágy alvásra sajnos használhatatlannak bizonyult, nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A fürdőszoba meglehetősen kicsi, de szépen berendezett.
