Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, klimat mieszkania przeuroczy. Blisko piekarnie, sklepy, wszystko co tylko chcesz.
Nie było takiej rzeczy, która by mi się nie podobała.

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un bel palazzo in una posizione strategica, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e 10 minuti dal centro di nizza.il letto è comodo e la stanza silenziosa. Non c'è aria condizionata ma le pale al soffitto sono sufficienti per rinfrescare l'ambiente. Di fianco all'edificio c'è un bar che serve un'ottima colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero modificate, tipo la luce dello specchio in bagno, ma se uno vuole la perfezione va in un hotel 5 stelle.

La posizione ed il salone spazioso
Cucina vetusta. Sprovvista di elettrodomestici (no forno e no lavastoviglie). No lavatrice, il microonde del 15-18. Frigo senza scaffali ne cassetto! Rifate la cucina!!
