Lo peor sin duda es el acceso, ya que hay muchas escaleras, algo a tener en cuenta por el tema de maletas y por tanto no recomendable si van a alojarse personas con movilidad reducida

Réactivité = Suite à une panne de chaudière, l'équipe a proposé aussitôt un autre appartement situé dans le même immeuble. Equipements = La cuisine était complète. Espace = beau volume Situation = Extra en plein centre avec commerces et animations. Pas de gêne de bruit outre mesure.
Bruyant = Les voisins de l'immeuble sont très bruyants. Claquement de portes, Bruits de Chaises et tables, Chasse d'eau. Chauffage = Système par goulotte à air pulsé pas top. Difficultés de chauffer le bas (cuisine salon) alors que le haut avec le lit en mezzaline était trop chaud. TV = Impossible de l'allumer
