It was delightful central and very spacious and comfortable i liked the private entrance and yes the square is lively below but we enjoyed eating at the cafe below too

There were 2 chairs that were not fit fir purpose with broken backs but usable One bulb didn’t work

The perfect place to stay in Granada. Great location (when we arrived, we opened the doors in the sitting room tonthe sound of a saxophonist playing in the square), really nicely decorated and kitted out, nice beds and great communication from the host!

It wasn’t a negative for us, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, the apartment is located in a very buzzy square. We loved the buzz and the music (it quietens down quite early)!

Location is fine

First, the staff lack a sense of work responsibility and service awareness. All other apartment providers will reach out in advance to inform tenants of the check-in procedures and relevant information, yet the management team of this apartment sent us nothing until nearly 4 p.m. on the day we checked in. We only got the information after we took the initiative to enquire, which is extremely unreasonable. Second, upon check-in, we found the room was extremely dirty. The table and floor had clearly not been wiped at all. Additionally, the kitchen had no electricity, and the issue was not fixed until the afternoon of the next day (we only booked a two-night stay). My family could not stand the poor cleaning standard and cleaned the room ourselves. Could you please advise if the cleaning fee should be fully refunded to us? Third, the attitude of your operation staff was extremely unpleasant. Though they came to restore power to the kitchen and get the refrigerator working the afternoon of the next day, he told me at around 8 p.m. the previous night that he could not do anything at that hour. Excuse me? Does that mean we have to bear losses caused by your team’s negligence? Such a response is entirely unreasonable. Fourth, their replies were extremely delayed; they only responded to our messages after roughly one and a half hours.
