It is close to the ruins and clean. The people from the restaurant (behind the restaurant is the hotel so you don't see it from the street) are very friendly. The room is big enough.
It is outdated but clean. There was nobody from the hotel, so it seemed. The people from the little shop/ restaurant were very friendly but didn't understand English.

Middle of town the family who run it are absolutely lovely. Food is superb, what ever you choose. The local Cenotes are amazing.
