the quietness. the responsiveness of the staff, while not being on one's face when not needed. the co-working space. the option to buy discounted breakfast for guests.

Some times the internet fails a little, but when that happens staff is responsive about fixing it. some times there was no hot water, but the staff fixed it immediately.

I love how quiet it is when it comes to staff intromission, I mean, one can see their job is done in an excellent manner, yet you never see them, but they seem to appear only when you need them. BLISS! The whole place is meticulously maintained and clean. It helps that it seems to be a relatively new building. The location is great for "Tulum Pueblo". Good restaurant attached, same staff, very nice all of them. Good WiFi nice back patio / garden. Awesome co-working space.

the box-beds provide great privacy (curtains and tall walls between each bed). the location is at the end of the main avenue and it is very close to the Superaki (supermarket) . The toilets are clean.

From the picture it wasn't clear that the room is 16 beds. Unfortunately, they don't have a kitchen. Cutlery and mugs aren't available. The co-working aerea, the shared area is closed at night so there's no place to hang out after 11pm or when they close it. The hostel has a bad vibe to NO vibe.
