The apartment is located in a historical building built around 1918, on the wooden structure, the building with its sisters were constructed and placed in a triunglular form similar to a fort (from here and the name: to 6 houses). In The center there is an inner courtyard with parking spaces for owners, access by means of a gateway with remote control. The area where the property is located is a quiet one, Raul Bega finding itself at a distance of about 500 meters, in the evenings can be made rides on the area arranged with benches. Near the property is found Iulius Mall (approx 10-15 min walk), the old Town (approx. 20 min walk on the Boulevard), the Tram Museum (5 min), 4 supermarkets open until 22 o'clock, market etc. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an extensible sofa, a living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
