The location, staffs, spacious room, the mist sauna.
No elevator. We have to carry our luggages all the way to 2nd floor. Not a big deal though.

I like everything including the breakfast, staff and room size. We didn't drive a car and use their shuttle service to all booked restaurant, supermarket and ski field. The location is excellent as only few minutes drive to all area. Big room for a king size bed and other living room to arrange our two big luggage and to do everyday warmth up exercise before our ski. Shuttle bus service and easy to book and nice driver.
No Onsen facility but hot bath facility instead.

Amazing hotel - way exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, warm and toasty, storage lockers and a drying room for gear, onsen, shower sauna thingy, walk into Hakuba, hotel shuttle to iwatake or happo, otherwise a short walk to adjacent tokyu hotel and onto the shuttle bus for other mountains, town etc. Breakfast was excellent.
