Nothing :) it was awesome! Just an issue with booking.con charging more than if we had booked directly and we stayed in the last week of the season and paid more than peak! Not cool at all by booking.com

Comfortable beds- common room to get together in Provided a driver to take you down to the local Happo one ski field and village. Staff were friendly
Staff often watched poor quality TV shows ( Swedish love island) without consideration of staff. Limited choices were its breakfast. With no Japanese options.
