The Grand Yala Hotel

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, mucho más que cualquier hotel por un precio similar. La terraza es inmensa y en la piscina del hotel se nadaba muy a gusto ya que la temperatura era perfecta. Íbamos al safari la mañana siguiente muy pronto y nos tenían el picnic preparado a las 5 de la mañana. Muy atentos y uno de los mejores que hemos estado en Sri Lanka.

This was by far the best property we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka. It’s a beautiful property with a lovely pool. The rooms are a great size and really clean. A lovely balcony area to sit. The staff here - beyond amazing. Super organised and accommodating. We booked a two night stay - the host arranged the Yala Safari for us at a competitive price. As we left early on the morning of the Safari, he packed us a picnic breakfast to take with us which was fabulous. We also added on dinner on evening - all the food we had was fantastic. I cannot recommend enough.

Quiet and green area, with decent swimming pool and good quality restaurant just next to the hotel room that serves nice meals throughout the day! Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the Hotel Manager that took good care of us during our short stay. He offered us to pack breakfast for our morning safari trip and prepared coffee before we left in the early morning. Also he paid attention to our food requests and cooked exactly as requested. Thank you for the hospitality!
