The location is great, close to everything except maybe the colloseum, which is better to go by metro. Staff is great and helpful. Breakfast is also good. Generally very good value.
Rooms are clean, and staff is cleaning regularly, but some things just look very wash out and need to be changed for better first impression, like sheets, pillowcase, and I hope they will improve that.

The location was the only positive.
The shower was dirty, black mould at the base of shower. My towel was damp on the first day. The pillows were ancient and the bed linen was very old . The online photos were very misleading.
