Amazing location, very close to the Vatican stop for the Shuttle bus from Fiumicino airport. Lots of stores and restaurants around and only 15 minutes away on foot to the Vatican City/museum. Very well connected with public transport to go everywhere else in the city center. The staff were super kind and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. They give you a small "menu" where you can choose what you want from breakfast and they bring it to your room in the morning at the requested time which is very nice.
There was a weird smell in the bathroom but it must have been from the heat/humidity.

The location was the only positive.
The shower was dirty, black mould at the base of shower. My towel was damp on the first day. The pillows were ancient and the bed linen was very old . The online photos were very misleading.
