Small and friendly, excellent staff attention. Shuttle bus a godsend. Thermal waters a delight as were the swimming pools.
Perhaps more varied choice of food at dinner. No kettles in the rooms.

Struttura molto bella con terrazze immerse nel verde. Nonostante ci fossero molti ospiti si riusciva ad avere la propria privacy. L'angolo zen ricreato vicino alla piscina principale è davvero bello...
Un pò deludenti le terme! Solo due vasche di acqua calda e le piscine non avevano una temperatura ottimale per fare il bagno (probabilmente non erano proprio riscaldate).

The breakfast was OK. Maybe there was an option to order cooked eggs as I saw these being delivered to a man on several days. I didn't know how to ask about that option. I thought I could find this location using the local bus, which would have been impossible.
Better directions as to how to reach the location, such as, take the city bus to the stop in Casamicciola or Laco Ameno & a number to request the shuttle from the stop.

I liked the location, the shuttle bus into town and the staff were amazing. The spa was nice and the various pools were great.
The rooms was a little basic, the beds were very small there are lots of steps to navigate around the resort and the breakfast was basic.
