Amazing Villa in Lacco Ameno with a strong character, clean, stylish and well maintained with a warm thermal pool and a relaxing garden! Shout out for the lovely owners which went over and beyond for us.
The thermal pool always warm and clean, great alternative for a day in to relax and take it easy, although the hotel is 15 minutes away (5 with the taxi) walking from Negombo, a great thermal park for which the hotel has also a discount available.
The location is great, a quiet side street a minute far away from the main street, beaches, restaurants and everything else! It's also close to a supermarket for any additional need.
Always a pleasure to have breakfast in the morning, plenty of very tasty options with a service was on par with 5 star hotels!

Everything was very nice - always super clean room, nice location, nice Italian style breakfast. Very friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you.

We like the location of the hotel cl8se to the city center and the breakfast that was of very good quality.
Rooms were very small, poor equipped for a 3* hotel.
The furniture is very outdated, rooms need an updating for everything.
Was missing in the room a support to put on the luggages, in the bathroom was missing too some hooks to hang the towels after using.
Breakfast was of good quality, but you need to ask the staff for what you want to eat. For example they bring you croissants and some sweets and then you are asked if you need something else. Normally should exist a menu for breakfast in this case, if there isn't the possibility to choose from a table with food.
The person/ Mr. who serves breakfast not very kind and not polite, very big issue for him if we chase to change the table of breakfast.
Good to know that it is not really a hotel, it looks more like a family pension.
