A very pleasant stay, albeit a few inconveniences

It is in a very good location close to a supermarket and ski lift! The house is very cozy, spacious and warm.

The contracted power is very low, couldn't have the oven + washing machine working at the same time (also, to turn the power back on you have to leave the building, which is a bit annoying). During our stay the gas also ran out (it is a gas tank outside) and we had to wait for the next morning to have is replaced, which is not ideal.

Poor communication with sub standard apartment

Location was far from check in, was given a fob for barrier which didn’t work, it was my job to go back to check in and get another fob. Reception was rude and didn’t answer my phone, information was poor

seemed expensive for what it was, given that it is for 6 people would have been nice to have a couple more comfortable chairs in the living room, and cushions for the wooden benches in the dining room

Terrible

Ok location

Unfortunately this apartment was extremely over priced and just plain bad. It smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, nothing in the kitchen worked (and no coffee machine like in the photo), the beds were very old and soft and it was difficult to find. Having to drive across town for the check in and out during limited hours was very inconvenient. At the time there was nothing else available to book, but I would strongly recommend others to stay outside of cortina if this is the case.

las camas que eran cómodas y las vistas

Estaba sucio, nadie limpió y los utensilios de cocina todos desgastados. No había wifi, preguntamos en el hotel donde recogimos las llaves y, de malas formas, nos dieron un router sin cable y además en la casa no había toma para ethernet. Por otro lado, nos dejaron únicamente 2 sobres de gel para 6 personas 3 noches. También solicitamos más pero el recepcionista no nos quiso dar… raro que en todo el hotel no tuvieran. Por todo esto, el precio nos pareció muy excesivo por la calidad del apartamento y el trato
