Would never stay at this property or with Canga properties again - red flag!

The location was good

The property was on the 3rd floor with no lift. Skis and ski boots needed to be kept in an outside garage that wasn't locked which was a concern. The bathrooms and ensuite in particular was in need of maintenance work. A number of lights didnt work on arrival. The biggest issue is that we got charged for damages which we did not do. Everything about the damages comes across as a planned process - charge a high deposit (EUR800) for damages, then make up a series of issues to give a reason to keep the deposit. Tried to dispute it but no feedback. Tries to dispute it with Booking.com but they didnt take any of our feedback either.

Second and third bathrooms are way too small. No overhead shower in the master bathroom

Very comfortable, excellent view, super convenient to get into town and to the gondola.

Realistically, the master bedroom was great but the other bedrooms were not great. Very low ceilings. But every bedroom has a bathroom so that is good.

Great experience!

Beautiful apartment with incredible view of the Dolomites. Very clean and well furnished. Great location minutes walking from city centre.

The maid room (for the 5th guest) is very small.
