Worth every penny.

Beautiful beautiful. Clean… smells good and feels good. The owners talk to you one time and then leaves you alone. They are very friendly and very very accommodating should you need assistance. Would and will stay here again. They have a kitchen, so bring food to cook.

I didn’t mind it at all but they can hear through the walls if you are rambunctious and loud… if you don’t act like an animal then you shouldn’t have anything to worry about and it was never an issue for me and my testosterone filled group of male travelling companions. If you can’t control your volume then you should probably book something else. Not an issue though.

The kitchen is dirty and is ready for an update Extremely poor supply of hot water The pillows are horrible The bedlinen has smells bad There is a shared bedcover for 2 which was uncomfortable for us so I brought in a sleeping bag from the car instead You can hear literally everything from what’s going on in the house that’s full of kids

Average experience

Heidi's home was good value for money, as we had a bathroom and kitchen to ourselves. The hosts kindly supplied us with shampoo and body wash.

There was no flexible check-in option. Nobody welcomed us. The heating was switched off when we arrived, which meant we walked into a cold apartment. The light at the front door did not work, and one of the power plugs also did not work. There was no second bedside lamp. We would have liked to hear about the tourist tax and guest card before we arrived.

The room was clean and spacious enough with a separate kitchen. The location was wonderful overlooking the mountains from the lawn.

Nice place, run by a family who know what they're doing.

Nice room, and easy walking distance from town yet extremely quiet. Parking no problem, having a dog with us no problem (just a few extra euros, as most places take these days).

A TV would have been nice, as the weather wasn't great after dark (what can one expect in late-October?), but it was no big deal. If we ever return to Garmisch, this will be the first place we look for to overnight.

Good stay

It was better than I was expecting. Nice place for a quick stay. Perfect location, 7/8 minutes walking to the city center.

Have in mind this is a house so you can hear pretty much everything going on the house and the neighbours. We woke up at 7 am with the noise from some neighbours working on the garden so I would not recommend if you want to rest or sleep in late.

Cleanliness and nice location is fantastic. Quiet place and scenic view make it valuable.

There was no pots and pans in kitchen. No cocking paper for oven and no trash bag. Hot water was also very poor for 2nd person who wants to take a shower.

Nice apartment in GaPa

1. It is a house where Lucy and her family lives. Guests have an apartment with separate entrance and a small backyard at their disposal. The room is nicely decorated. There is a kitchen with cooking facilities, microwave, tea, coffee etc. 2. We paid around 70 euro for one night and it was reasonable because it was hard to find in September any accommodation in GaPa cheaper than 100 euro

1. A bit far from GaPa center, you have to walk about 12-15 min to Marienplatz / Zugspitzstrasse to reach the bus stop, restaurants, shops etc. so it's better to get something for breakfast in advance 2. Since you share the house with a family with little kids (including a baby) and the sound isolation is not very good, you can hear the noise sometimes. We were woken up around 2 am at night by the sound of kids running and crying on the floor above

Cute mini apartment at the foot of the mountains in the middle of GaPa

It has everything you need. Clean, super cute, quiet, yet in the middle of town. Easy parking to boot and amazing mountain views

Nos dió facilidades tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Las vistas de la habitación son preciosas, está cerca de puntos de senderismo y a 20 min a pie de la estación de tren. Cocina y baño bien equipados

Prima plek als tussenstop

Ruime plek voor onze tussenstop. Prima voor een overnachting. Gelegen achter de woning van de eigenaar maar privé genoeg om je terug te kunnen trekken.

Prijs/kwaliteit wat je mag verwachten van een budget verblijf

De locatie was rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. We hadden een eigen ingang en een prive gedeelte van de tuin. De keuken was wat gedateerd maar functioneel. Badkamer ook prima in orde. En alles was goed schoongemaakt. De eigenaar woonde met haar jonge gezin in het voorhuis. Ze waren vriendelijk, maar respecteerden onze privacy wat heel prettig was. Het bed was erg goed., niet te zacht, We hebben er heerlijk geslapen.

In de keuken had er wat meer kookgerei mogen zijn. Zo misten we een braadpan, maar die konden we zonder problemen lenen van de eigenaar. Verder wat kleine dingetjes die aandacht nodig hebben. Maar niets wat het verblijf deed tegen vallen.

5-10 минут до центра пешком. Чисто, но все очень старое. Одну ночь переночевать можно, а если больше, то есть другие варианты по +- такой же цене, намного лучше. Есть своя мини кухня. Мы приехали позже положенного времени, но нам легко удалось договориться с хозяевами, о том что мы будем позже. (Самих хозяев за время пребывания так и не встретили). Еще плюс то что есть бесплатная Стоянка.

В душе необходимо было пропускать долго воду, чтобы пошла теплая вода. На унитазе крышка (на которой сидишь) была сломана. Постельное белье очень заношенное. Хозяева живут в этом же доме и их можно слышать. Но было слышно, что они стараются быть тихими. Дом рядом - идет стройка. На время стройки могли бы цену скинуть. Цена качество немного не соответствует.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend

Gastgeber sehr nett, Begrüssung herzlich. Heizung hatte abends eine Störung, worauf der Gastgeber ohne Aufforderung sofort einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung stellte, welcher die Unterkunft ausreichend durchwärmte.

Die Ausstattung ist "altbacken" und teilweise abgewohnt. Alles nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Bad, Flur und Wohnzimmer sauber, aber die Küche wurde beim Putzen offensichtlich vernachlässigt. Geschirr, Tassen, Teller mussten vor Benutzung abgewaschen werden, Backröhre innen und aussen nicht gründlich gereinigt. Nur ein gr.Topf vorhanden, Eierkochen damit schlecht möglich .
