Ausstattung so vollständig wie keine anderen FeWos, diese von hoher Qualität, mit drei Balkonbereichen: aus Schlafzi., Wohnzi. Küche. Aussicht aus allen Fenstern, Balkone und Haustür sind allesamt phänomenal, Grubig- u. Wettersteingebirge wie Wallpaper-Vorhänge an den Fenstern. Es ist nur 3-4min. zu Fuß zum SPAR, Lermoos-(Tourist-)Zentrum oder zu Ming's Kitchen. Parkplatz überdacht und direkt vor der Tür. Parkzugang zum traumhaften Blindsee sogar frei mit Gästekarte.
Nur Kleinigkeiten, wie zB Mitbewohner im Haus sind etwas Geräuschempfindlich, daher weiche Socken und Laufen auf Fußspitze nach 21 Uhr empfohlen. Tür und Fenster nach 21 Uhr möglichst so sanft wie möglich bedienen. Wir selber haben - außer ab und zu Kind-/Babygeschrei aus FeWo eine Tür gegenüber - eigentlich nie was gehört.

Vollausgestattete, schöne Wohnung. Selbst an Details wie Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Waschmittel wird gedacht. Mit der Schiebetrennwand können Wohnbereich und Küche als Sichtschutz getrennt werden (jedoch ohne Geräuschschutz).
Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, wenn das anderen Apartment auch belegt ist. Sonst alles top!
