Lovely apartment, lovely host!

The apartment is very central in the small village Lermoos and very close to Ehrwald. You can easily start various beautiful hiking routes from your doorstep. It has a beautiful view and is very quiet. The apartment was super clean, cozy and had all the equipments you need (hair dryer, all kinds of kitchen equipments, candles, you name it!). The hosts were very nice as well. We would definitely go back to this apartment when visiting this beautiful area again!

the best apartment in the region "Zugspitze Tirolen Area"

Apartment "Sonnenspitze" surpassed my expectations, nice and quite. Perfect cleanliness and amenities. Apartman was be better than in some luxury Hotels. The location in the city of Lermoos is well above expectations, near the Spar department store, near the restaurants and next to the apartment for the winter season is the ski slope. The owner of the apartment prepared an overview of all available events and entertainment around the "Zugspitze Tirolen Area" in the form of book with a current overview for the season. Gorgeous sunrises between the Zugspitze and Sonnenspitze, which you can watch from the balcony. I travel a lot (50 trips by year on average), but we did not find better accommodation in this area.

An extra bed on the couch may be slightly soft, but I do not see a major problem in that. By me any problem can not be found.

Phänomenale FeWo wie keine andere. Allein diese ist Grund genug, wieder nach Lermoos zu kommen.

Ausstattung so vollständig wie keine anderen FeWos, diese von hoher Qualität, mit drei Balkonbereichen: aus Schlafzi., Wohnzi. Küche. Aussicht aus allen Fenstern, Balkone und Haustür sind allesamt phänomenal, Grubig- u. Wettersteingebirge wie Wallpaper-Vorhänge an den Fenstern. Es ist nur 3-4min. zu Fuß zum SPAR, Lermoos-(Tourist-)Zentrum oder zu Ming's Kitchen. Parkplatz überdacht und direkt vor der Tür. Parkzugang zum traumhaften Blindsee sogar frei mit Gästekarte.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, wie zB Mitbewohner im Haus sind etwas Geräuschempfindlich, daher weiche Socken und Laufen auf Fußspitze nach 21 Uhr empfohlen. Tür und Fenster nach 21 Uhr möglichst so sanft wie möglich bedienen. Wir selber haben - außer ab und zu Kind-/Babygeschrei aus FeWo eine Tür gegenüber - eigentlich nie was gehört.

Tolle Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber, sehr schöne Gegend.

Vollausgestattete, schöne Wohnung. Selbst an Details wie Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Waschmittel wird gedacht. Mit der Schiebetrennwand können Wohnbereich und Küche als Sichtschutz getrennt werden (jedoch ohne Geräuschschutz).

Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, wenn das anderen Apartment auch belegt ist. Sonst alles top!
