A very good experience. Has an amazing basement for activities like Table Tennis, gym, board games etc., The advantage of the location is easy access to Germany.

Fantastic apartment in dream location but don’t expect a warm welcome

A very spacious, bright and comfortable apartment with great facilities. The games room/gym was excellent as well. The location is perfect, short walk to two supermarkets but very quiet and rural with Country walks right from the property. Amazing views from the balcony, bedroom and living area.

No communication about check in at all. Extremely unfriendly welcome from a woman who was only interested in getting her hands on the cash. Angry signs in reception were informing you that cards are not accepted and that you must pay cash, which is ridiculous in such a modern accommodation facility. We were not even told that there WAS a game room, we just found it ourselves. No info about local options provided either.

Generally a great stay, awesome views from balcony and a practical appartment. Lovely location.

The views from the balcony are amazing (if you get the correct flat) and the flat itself is good quality, modern and with great kitchen & shower. You can even cook in here so that's a big bonus. Lermoos is super beautiful and it's a perfect place to explore the nearby nature & attractions. The old lady (owner) was super sweet and friendly, the staff as well. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

The beds and the sofa couch are quite uncomfortable and not in a good shape, almost falling apart. I think for this money the tourists deserve to at least have luxury comfy beds and sofas. My only real complaint. Everything else was great!

Quant and cozy apartment in one of the most beautiful valleys on earth!

Great cozy apartment on the top floor. Limited but beautiful views of the Alps. Close proximity to super markets. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Local taxes meant the actual price was substantially more than the price that was showed to me on booking.com. No credit card facilities were available - had to pay cash.

Very comfortable apartment with beautiful mountain view

Very large and spotless apartment with insane view on the mountains. Apartment is immaculately clean and has a well-equipped kitchen, towels, and you can also use a small common gym and ping pong table. Apartment is located closely to supermarket, gas station, and many beautiful hikes. Friendly staff.

Problem was language barrier if you only speak English! Hard to communicate. We were surprised when checking out that they only took cash. She couldn’t communicate this when we checked in when I was showing a credit card. I thought it was already paid for because it was no refundable. This was my frustration with Booking.com and not feeling like that was made clear. We didn’t have any soap in the room and and the rooms were so hot we had to leave windows open…. really hot! She said she had to adjust it but never did.

Larinmos experience

We loved everything about it. Free parking in front, bath, amazing views, very close to shops, pet friendly. Unfortunately some mountain activities were not opened yet, but we drove 20 minutes, on the german side and went up on the mountain with Zugspitzbahn, at Zugspitze. The highest mountain in Germany (2960 m). Absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely come again 💜

They accept cash only. I had to find an ATM, do two separate transactions, which meant that I paid fees two times. Plus the ATM gave a ridiculous exchange rate. It was pretty inconvenient and costly.

Great Balcony Views

The apartment was very comfortable with a fantastic view over the valley to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great area to walk and just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. We look forward to returning again soon!

Perfect stay for a ski trip in Zugspitz Arena

Warmest welcome by the owners made us feel right at home. They actively asked during the stay if everything was ok, and it definitely was! Great location in Lermoos with a beautiful view on Zugspitz mountain. Grubigstein lifts and slopes on walking distance as well as supermarket and restaurants. Appartement was fully furnished with all the utilities included. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and warm, which is all you need after a rewarding day on the mountain!
