Short restful stay with gracious host.

The location was a little off the beaten path so it allows for some isolation and quiet in a pretty serene area. If you are seeking a little peace and a little quiet, it could do you well to visit. Also, Miss Cinzia does everything in her power to make your arrival and stay be pleasant and easy. She personally saw to creating a delicious meal for us the evening we were with her. I would recommend anyone in the area pay her a visit. :)

I don't know if it was because of the time of year or not, but the mosquitos in the area were out and about as soon as the hint of dusk was approaching.

Relax and recharge

Lovely quiet place in nature, just 20 minutes away from the coast, which is a big plus for a quick run away to the nature/ mountains. There is a friendly donkey, a goat, a dog, a few cats, love all the animals, all of them pet friendly. The view from our house was stunning. We had a nice terrace where we had a cup of tea and just a moment of relax. Another thing we liked was a pool with cold, fresh water from source, which was a magic moment of just nature around and to finish our day we had a lovely dinner made by owner Cinzia, which home made pasta and pesto and other veggies from the garden. We stayed just one night, short town escape, recharge and back. Beautiful 🙏 everything was just beautiful

A wonderful place for relaxation

Cinzia is an amazing hostess, very kind and welcoming. We stayed for dinner which was excellent. A very relaxing and special place. This is a place for animal lovers.

Don't be fooled by the low initial price.

The location and accommodation are fine

I feel I have been ripped off twice at this place. First time for an expensive meal then fined for leaving my lights in my room €20 then another €15 for leaving a single light on in my room over breakfast. I thought ok, I don't mind paying for helping the planet, but I actually feel it was a ruse merely to increase profits. The price of the meal was also very high. I then stupidly booked a young friend into this place for one night. He is short on money and like me he was swept up by the promise of a meal. He has the sense to ask twice, but was not given a price, then charged over €50 additional expense for that meal the next morning (a high price for a young person).

Fantastic place to spend with your partner or your family and close to both -the mountains and the see. Just 40 min driv

It was very relaxing setting, surrounded by mountains, nature and charming places

It was a great escape from the busy life. We had an opportunity to see the quiet and stress free life. I like animals and you could spend time with them there. Ideal place for both - romantic escape for couple like us and for the families with kids. In fact I believe this would be a heaven for kids. Hosts were amazing. Very helpful and welcoming. Cinzia gave us great tips to spend our holidays there. The breakfast was truly royal too. I highly recommend the place. You are going to have a great time

Peaceful oasis in the hills

Beautiful place and location. Careful navigation needed to get there from the autopista but worth it. Great host and superb breakfast with stunning views towards Perinaldo. A welcome overnight stay on our way back to Spain

Great for relaxing

Excellent breakfast and attentions from Cinzia, kids loved the animals and natural pool. Wonderful views and very nice destinations nearby, from the sea to the mountains (Bordighera, Perinaldo).

It's a little hard to get there but once you get there It's worth it!

Peaceful stay in middle of oliv s groves

We stayed in the studio which had a really comfortable bed and a kitchenette. We had a lovely seating area outside our room where we were able to have supper with a beautiful view of the countryside and the village of Perinaldo. The room was really clean with a fan which worked well to keep cool. The on-site dog is absolutely gorgeous and he kept us company while we had our supper. Cinzia (the owner) provided us with a beautiful veggie/vegan breakfast which is served on an outdoor terrace with again lovely views. If you’re looking for a tranquil place to stay, this is a lovely place to choose.

For those who seek mental wellbeing and relaxation away from the noise of civilization.

If you look for a mental hygiene this is the right place. In the middle of nature with beautiful view to the valley, trees around and silence is located warm feel home style pension with separated houses with spacious private rooms. The hotel is managed by a very caring owner able to provide all you need for a pleasant stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and if you are looking for a quiet remote place in the countryside, this is a great choice…. Parking is available inside the property for free of charge and fast wifi also available. And yes donkey the pet is living there and you can feed him with a garden fruit

A Must Do on your Trip through the Region!

We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect, from the moment we booked until we gave back the key. After the booking was confirmed, we were welcomed with a nice message and even some instructions on how to reach the accommodation the easiest way. We had a warm welcome (both by the hosts and the pets), enjoyed a dip in the natural pool and a great dinner! Breakfast (Italian croissants, bread with some cheeses, yoghurt, fruit salad ... amazing!) , the view from the room/terrace and of course the friendliness of our dearest hosts were the best parts of our stay here. Would recommend in every single way!

very very good

fantastic location, very special atmosphere and the best b&b keeper ever. host Cynthia takes care of her clients in the most convenient way - super service. the existence of very comfortable houses which having each a spacy porch and a terrific view on the Perinaldo valley makes this spot so special. it is rather close to the Italian coast with lovely Bordighera, Vallecrosia etc. only 5 km distance from the b&b. a particular thing are the animals like the sweet German Sheparddog, the cats and the very social donkey.

This is just a great hotel! Simply the best we have stayed in on our travels! Warm welcome from hostess Cinzia. Delicious breakfasts, beautiful view of the mountains from any room of this hotel. Very spacious rooms. Lovely animals, around nature is a rest for the body and soul. The best hotel for relaxation and tranquility. Cinzia is a very attentive and pleasant hostess. She not only took care of our room and prepared breakfast, but also provided a lot of useful information. It's nice to talk with her in various themes. And we also really liked her spices, which she makes herself, so she gave us a jar of Cinzia's signature spices for the road. Many thanks for excellent service!

The place is lovely, atypic, spacious really blended in nature, Cinzia, the host was very warm and welcoming. Bonus, she speaks several languages including French, German, Italian, English,... which made the communication very easy. The breakfast and our new year eve dinner was very generous and tasty. On top of that, being gluten and lacto intolerant, she even prepared specific breakfast and dishes for me! She made our stay really pleasant, with her partner. They were both really attentive and playful with our 14months son Oscar. Who loved seeing the animals(they have a donkey, cats, a dog)🥰.

Great accommodation with an nice view

The host is a very kind woman who always want to help you with anything. She knows a lot to tell about the area like history and things to visite. Breakfast is very healthy and lots of variation each day. If you let the host know you have a food allergy she take special care for you. The rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are good. The garden is quiet with privacy

Horrible experience

We are very surprised that people here comment that it was a warm and welcoming stay , as this was the worst hospitality and most rude and rigid host we have ever met. The check-in time at 6pm is first of all very problematic , and way too late for any place that should be welcoming guests. Considering that it is a very small area with little to do, we were stuck in a cafe for 5 hours. The host was very inflexible and would not let us enter the premises before 6pm since she was so busy. When we arrived 5.45 she was however having a bath and then cleaned the stairs in a towel, just to ensure that we were not allowed in any minute before 6pm. She even gave us a clock to demonstrate the exact time. 😂 So, it goes without saying - this is not a place we recommend to anyone as I don’t even think the host wants any guests there. Perhaps time to retire?

Outstanding hospitality

We have arrived very late and left very early in the morning. Additionally wevwere the only guest during Covid time. The host was waiting for us with refreshment, prepared a fabtastic breakfast just for us - just amazing. The location us fantastic, the spirit of the place simply calm with full of harmony, tranquility. Ideal place for recharge batteries.

Un piacevole weekend

Cosa dire? Innanzitutto che è molto più comodo e veloce raggiungere il luogo da Vallecrosia invece che da Sanremo. Il posto poi è carino e molto bucolico, sicuramente d'estate fa meno caldo della costa ed è certo apprezzabile. Cosa aggiungere poi della Signora Cinzia? Bella persona, di grande sensibilità e ottima cuoca. Nella Sua semplicità e cortesia rappresenta certo l'Italia migliore.
