About this house rental
This romantic house is situated between vinyards and has a large garden, that offers total privacy. Last year the house is completely renovated. It has it's own new pool (9 meters or length). The large terrain is very suitable for sports and play. Depending on the season, it offers a large variety of fruits from its own garden (peaches, cherries, apples, abricotes, pears, manderines and citron). The place is perfect for enjoying nature in privacy and a cool off in the private pool. You can spend all time outside, surrounded by nature.
The house has 2 beds rooms and 2 renovated bathrooms and a spacious, modern living room. In the living room there is a comfortable foldable sofa bed, that sleeps two people. The house has a total surface of 80m2. It has a fully equipped outside kitchen as well as an inside kitchen, serveral large terraces that offer sun as well as shade. Furthermore there is a large covered poarch with a long dining table for up to 10 people.
If you are looking for a bit more culture and cosmopolitan? At 30 minutes drive you will find the Cote d'Azur with cities like Monaco and San Remo. The beautiful beaches of Menton and Ventimiglia are a 20 minute drive away.
The ares is very suitable for hiking. The famous hiking trail "Alta Via" passes fits the house. For bikers you will find a beautiful biking path, recently laid out about the old rail road track. Bike rental is easy and inexpensive. The trail passes kilometers or flat route passing along the coast of the Riviera and offers lost or lovely trattorias, gelaterias and bars. Much fun also for kids.
At 4 kilometers you will find a little town called Rocchetta Nervina, There you will find beautiful hidden places to swim in the river between the rocks. A variety of climbing facilities you will find in Vallee de Merville. You can also do horseback riding, have a nice lunch and a spectacular climing park. all in a this nature reserve.
